Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced, dynamic, and high-caliber Assistant Vice President (AVP) – Projects to oversee and manage the complete lifecycle of our premium real estate and construction projects in Jaipur.
The ideal candidate will be a seasoned Civil Engineering professional with a minimum of 18 years of industry experience. You will possess exceptional leadership, strategic vision, and flawless communication skills, alongside a comprehensive, hands-on understanding of large-scale project execution from inception to final handover.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Project Governance: Direct, manage, and oversee the entire lifecycle of multiple real estate projects, ensuring completion within specified timelines, quality standards, and budgetary frameworks.
- Execution & Quality Assurance: Drive project execution from structural phases to final finishing, maintaining a zero-compromise approach to construction quality, safety compliance, and engineering standards.
- Planning & Budgetary Control: Collaborate with architectural, engineering, and financial teams to define project scopes, draft precise cash-flow forecasts, and optimize resource allocation to prevent cost overruns.
- Vendor & Contract Management: Oversee the selection, negotiation, and onboarding of contractors, consultants, and material vendors. Ensure strict adherence to contractual terms and SLAs.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Mentor and lead on-site project managers, engineers, and technical teams, fostering a high-performance culture aligned with organizational goals.
- Liaison & Compliance: Coordinate with regulatory authorities, legal teams, and external stakeholders to ensure all necessary statutory approvals, licenses, and RERA compliance measures are seamlessly managed.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree / B.Tech in Civil Engineering from a recognized institute. Master’s in Construction Management or an MBA is a distinct advantage.
- Experience: Minimum of 18 years of progressive experience in real estate construction, with at least 5 years in a core leadership/senior management role (General Manager, VP, or equivalent).
- Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of high-rise residential, commercial, or township project execution, contracting workflows, and modern construction technologies.
- Leadership & Communication: Exceptional command over spoken and written English, with a proven ability to present strategies to board-level executives and manage diverse ground teams.
- Financial Acumen: Strong proficiency in project budgeting, value engineering, and understanding unit economics in real estate development.
