Job Title: Electrical Project Engineer
We are looking for an experienced Electrical Project Engineer with a minimum of 4 years of experience in electrical contracting projects. The candidate will be responsible for site execution, installation, supervision, measurement, and project billing activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and execute internal and external electrical installation works.
- Handle installation of cable trays, conduits, earthing systems, cable laying, cable termination, and wiring.
- Execute installation of lighting systems, lightning arresters, LT panels, and DB (Distribution Board) dressing.
- Read and interpret electrical drawings, BOQs, and specifications.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and site teams.
- Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, quality standards, and safety requirements.
- Prepare daily progress reports and maintain project documentation.
- Take site measurements and verify executed quantities.
- Prepare measurement sheets, client bills (RA Bills), subcontractor bills, and billing documentation.
- Monitor material requirements and coordinate with the procurement team.
- Ensure timely completion of project milestones.
Requirements:
- Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in electrical contracting or EPC projects.
- Hands-on experience in internal and external electrical installation works.
- Knowledge of cable tray installation, conduiting, earthing, wiring, cable laying, cable termination, lightning arrester installation, LT panel and DB dressing.
- Ability to prepare measurement sheets, BOQs, client billing, and project documentation.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and project documentation.
- Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel and work at project sites.
