Job Title: Product Manager (1–2 Years Experience)
Role Overview
We are looking for a Product Manager who can build products from scratch and take full ownership from problem discovery to execution. The role requires strong product thinking, structured execution, and a deep understanding of user behavior.
Key Responsibilities
Understand and align with the product vision, and drive decisions accordingly
Conduct user research to identify real problems and define what and why to build
Gather and translate requirements from stakeholders into clear, actionable plans
Design end-to-end product flows, including edge cases and system thinking
Write detailed PRDs and collaborate with designers on prototypes and user flows
Work closely with backend and frontend teams, ensuring clarity and scalable thinking
Define and track product metrics, analyze user drop-offs, and drive improvements
Take end-to-end ownership across admin, web, and mobile platforms
Perform UAT testing to ensure quality before release
Requirements
1–2 years of experience in Product Management or Product Analysis
Must have experience building a product from scratch (0→1) or contributing significantly to it
Strong experience in writing structured PRDs
Hands-on experience with Confluence and Jira
Experience with Google Analytics or similar analytics tools
Ability to analyze user drop-offs (where and why users leave) and improve flows accordingly
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Good communication and collaboration skills
Pay: ₹450,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
