Position: Optometrist
Salary: ₹25,000 CTC – ₹40,000 CTC (Based on qualification, experience & interview performance)

Job Summary
The Optometrist will be responsible for conducting comprehensive eye examinations, recommending suitable vision correction solutions, assisting customers in selecting eyewear, and delivering an excellent customer experience while supporting store sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform eye examinations and vision testing.
- Determine and verify spectacle prescriptions.
- Recommend suitable lenses, frames, and contact lenses based on customer requirements.
- Educate customers about lens types, coatings, and eye care.
- Ensure accurate dispensing of eyewear.
- Maintain patient records and follow company SOPs.
- Coordinate with the sales team to provide a seamless customer experience.
- Handle customer queries related to vision correction and eyewear.
- Support store sales and customer satisfaction goals.
Eligibility
- Diploma in Optometry
- B.Sc. Optometry
- M.Sc. Optometry
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of eye testing and vision assessment.
- Good understanding of spectacle lenses, frames, and contact lenses.
- Excellent communication and customer handling skills.
- Hindi, English (B2+) and local language proficiency.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Professional attitude and grooming.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts.
Shift Details
- Day Shift (Rotational)
- 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM
- 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM
(Final shift allocation will be confirmed after selection.)
