Responsible for end-to-end inventory management, ensuring timely material availability for production while maintaining optimal stock levels. The role focuses on inventory planning, material traceability, store operations, and coordination with procurement and production to avoid shortages, excess stock, and delays.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and control inventory based on production needs and consumption trends
- Ensure availability of raw materials and maintain optimal stock levels
- Track materials from receipt to consumption with proper traceability
- Manage store operations including receipt, storage, and issue of materials
- Coordinate with procurement and production for smooth material flow
- Maintain stock accuracy through regular audits and reconciliation
- Monitor inventory costs and reduce slow/non-moving stock
- Prepare inventory reports and maintain proper documentation
- Ensure safety, compliance, and organized store management
Key Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in inventory/store management (manufacturing preferred)
- Graduate (Supply Chain / Commerce / Engineering preferred)
- Knowledge of ERP systems and Excel
- Strong planning, coordination, and analytical skills
