We are seeking for a well trained professional presentable and highly organized Female front office executive/ Admin cum Receptionist to manage our front desk and oversee daily office activities.The ideal candidate will serve as the face of our company welcoming visitors with a positive attitude and managing administrative task efficiently.
*Key Responsibilities*
*Greet and welcome guests, client,and visitors a professional demeanor
*Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls while providing basic information when needed *Manage the front desk area ensuring it remains clean organized and presentable
*Handle day to day office administrative activities (handling mail/couriers, maintaining registers etc)
*Co-ordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth office operations
*Candidate Requirements*
Gender: Female candidates only
Age limit: 20-35 years
Marital status: open (both married and unmarried candidates can apply) Experience: 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience
Location eligibility:
Candidates currently residing in Hyderabad are preferred
Candidates from outside Hyderabad who are willing to related immediately or also welcome to apply
Qualification: Minimum graduate (Degree or higher education) Technical skills: PGDCA or strong computer basics
Languages known: Fluent in Telugu Hindi and English
