Job Summary
We are seeking a Packing & Dispatch Supervisor to oversee packing operations, ensure accurate order processing, and manage timely dispatch of goods. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining quality standards, coordinating with warehouse teams, and ensuring smooth dispatch activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise packing and dispatch operations.
- Ensure accurate packing as per order requirements.
- Monitor inventory movement and dispatch records.
- Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and transport teams.
- Maintain packing quality and safety standards.
- Ensure timely dispatch and delivery of orders.
- Prepare and maintain dispatch documentation.
Required Skills
- Minimum 1 year of experience in packing, dispatch, or warehouse operations.
- Knowledge of inventory and dispatch processes.
- Good team handling and coordination skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel preferred).
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines.
Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹20,000 per month (based on experience and performance).
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
