Requirements
- 10+ years of culinary experience, including 5 years as Executive Chef
- Expertise in South Indian, North Indian, Chinese, Continental & Kerala cuisines
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Solid grasp of food cost control, menu engineering, and Inventory management
- Sound knowledge of HACCP, food safety, and hygiene standards
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen
