DNA Academy is seeking an experienced and passionate Part-Time Nursing Faculty to train students preparing for AIIMS NORCET, DHS, ESIC, RRB, PSC, and other Nursing Officer competitive examinations. The ideal candidate should possess strong subject knowledge, excellent teaching skills, and the ability to guide students toward exam success.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging offline classes for Nursing Officer competitive exams.
- Teach core nursing subjects, including:
- Medical-Surgical Nursing
- Community Health Nursing
- Obstetrics & Gynecological Nursing
- Child Health Nursing
- Mental Health Nursing
- Nursing Foundations
- Anatomy & Physiology
- Pharmacology
- Prepare class notes, presentations, and study materials.
- Develop MCQs, mock tests, and practice questions.
- Conduct revision sessions and doubt-clearing classes.
- Monitor student progress and provide academic guidance.
- Stay updated with the latest nursing syllabus and exam patterns.
Qualifications
- B.Sc. Nursing / M.Sc. Nursing (Mandatory)
- Minimum 1 year of teaching or clinical experience preferred.
- Prior experience in competitive exam coaching is an added advantage.
- Excellent communication skills in Malayalam.
- Basic English communication skills preferred.

- Excellent presentation and classroom management skills.
- Ability to simplify complex nursing concepts.
- Experience in preparing exam-oriented study materials.
- Familiarity with PowerPoint and digital teaching tools.
