Detail reinforcement steel requirements (cut/bend lengths, sizes, shapes) for beams, slabs, columns, etc.
Coordinate with site teams to validate reinforcement placement and quantities. Perform detailed quantity take-offs from construction drawings.
Prepare BOQ (Bill of Quantities) and rate analysis for material and labour.
Estimate quantities and costs for materials like steel, concrete, finishing items, etc.
Conduct quantity take-offs from architectural and structural drawings.
Prepare cost estimates and rate analysis.
Assist in tender preparation and comparative statements.
Experience in construction quantity surveying, QS preparation, estimation.
Good understanding of structural drawings and reinforcement detailing.
