About Our Team:

Your Day-to-Day Role:
- Provide visionary leadership to the sales team, setting clear goals and objectives aligned with the company's overall strategy. Inspire and motivate the team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Collaborate with the executive team to develop and implement effective sales strategies that drive business growth and market expansion. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and challenges.
- Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing sales team. Foster a positive and collaborative team culture. Provide coaching and development opportunities to enhance the skills and capabilities of the sales force.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners. Act as a key point of contact for major accounts and strategic partnerships. Ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Implement and monitor sales performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of sales strategies. Provide regular reports and insights to the executive team on sales performance, market trends, and opportunities.
- Collaborate with finance and other departments to develop and manage sales budgets. Provide accurate sales forecasts and contribute to overall financial planning.
- Work closely with marketing, product development, and other cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and synergy in achieving overall business objectives.
What Are We Looking For
- A minimum of 12+ years of experience in sales management, preferably in technology/hardware/channel sales or government business understanding.
- Proven experience as a Sales Head or in a similar senior sales leadership role.
- Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication and negotiation skills.
- In-depth knowledge of the industry and market trends.
- Master's degree in Business Administration from a Tier 1 college is a plus
