Job Title: Wilcom Designer (Embroidery Puncher)

We are a men’s ethnic wear manufacturing company seeking a skilled Wilcom Designer (Embroidery Puncher). The candidate will be responsible for digitizing embroidery designs and preparing accurate machine-ready files using embroidery software.
-Key Responsibilities
- Digitize artwork/designs using Wilcom/Pulse software
- Create embroidery files (DST, EMB formats)
- Set stitch types, density, direction, and color sequence
- Ensure design quality and proper output on fabric
- Make design adjustments based on fabric and production needs
- Coordinate with production team for smooth execution
-Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Wilcom or embroidery digitizing software
- Understanding of stitching techniques and fabric behavior
- Basic knowledge of embroidery machines
- Good attention to detail and accuracy
-Qualification
- 12th Pass/Above
- Certification in embroidery/CAD (preferred)
-Experience
- 1–3 years preferred
- Freshers with relevant training can apply
-Salary
₹28,000 – ₹30,000 per month

Wilcom software knowledge is compulsory.
This is a computer-based embroidery designing role.
Tailoring/stitching candidates are not required.
