Job Description
Inviting applications for the role of Senior Manager Record to Report In this role we are looking for an accounting graduate with prior accounting experience and should have advised a team size of ~50 people. In this role you will be encouraged to work on deadlines in a fairly high pressure business environment while being a standout colleague. Prior Record to Report Operations experience in the ITES Industry with driving transformation / projects experience / Robotic implementation experience will be preferred Responsibilities: - Collaborate with the team to ensure all month-end activities are completed accurately and on time meeting the agreed critical metrics and SLA targets. - Implement effective processes and controls to ensure the highest quality of work and compliance with accounting standards. - Proactively identify and resolve any issues or discrepancies during the month-end close process to minimize disruption and ensure the smooth execution of tasks. - Foster strong relationships with clients addressing their concerns and ensuring their satisfaction with the team's performance. - Work closely with internal and external auditors to provide necessary documentation and support ensuring successful audits and maintaining a high level of compliance.
