Job Overview
We are hiring a Digital Marketing & Automation Specialist to design, execute, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns (WhatsApp, Email, Meta Ads, Google Ads) while building automation workflows for AI-powered call assistance, WhatsApp marketing, and creative campaign management. The ideal candidate will blend creativity with technical expertise to drive engagement, increase submissions, and automate repetitive tasks.
Key ResponsibilitiesA. Digital Marketing
- WhatsApp Marketing:
- Design and execute targeted WhatsApp campaigns (promotional, transactional, and record submission alerts).
- Manage WhatsApp Business API for bulk messaging, chatbots, and lead generation.
- Optimize open rates, CTRs, and conversion rates.
- Email Marketing:
- Create automated email sequences (newsletters, submission follow-ups, event invites).
- Use tools like Mailchimp, Sendinblue, or HubSpot to segment audiences and track performance.
- Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) & Google Ads:
- Plan, run, and optimize campaigns for brand awareness, lead generation, and record submissions.
- Conduct A/B testing for ad creatives, audiences, and landing pages.
- Monitor budgets, ROAS, and CPC.
- Creative Marketing:
- Develop engaging content (graphics, videos, copy) for ads, social media, and campaigns.
- Collaborate with designers to create visuals aligned with brand guidelines.
- AI Call Assistance:
- Integrate AI tools (e.g., Dialogflow, Twilio, or Voiceflow) to automate call-based query resolution for record submissions.
- Design IVR (Interactive Voice Response) flows and chatbot scripts.
B. Automation Workflows
- Build & Optimize Automation Systems:
- Automate lead nurturing (WhatsApp + Email) using tools like Zapier, Make.com, or custom scripts.
- Create workflows for:
- Record submission verification (auto-emails, SMS, WhatsApp alerts).
- AI call routing and response handling.
- Data extraction from leads to CRM (HubSpot, Zoho).
- CRM & Data Management:
- Integrate marketing channels with CRM for unified tracking.
- Automate reporting dashboards (Google Data Studio, Excel).
- Troubleshoot & Improve:
- Monitor automation workflows for errors and optimize efficiency.
Qualifications & SkillsRequired:
- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on WhatsApp Marketing, Email Marketing, Meta Ads, and Google Ads.
- Proven track record of running successful campaigns with measurable ROI.
- Hands-on experience with automation tools (Zapier, Make.com, Integromat) or scripting (Python, JavaScript).
- Experience with AI/Conversational Tools (e.g., Dialogflow, Twilio, Landbot, ManyChat).
- Strong grasp of creative content creation (copywriting, basic graphic design).
- Analytical mindset – proficiency in Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and data interpretation.
- Excellent written/communication skills in English, Hindi, and Telugu (critical for regional campaigns).
Preferred:
- Experience with WhatsApp Business API setup and compliance.
- Knowledge of AI call automation (IVR systems, voicebots).
- Familiarity with CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho).
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS for landing pages.
- B.Sc./B.Tech in Computer Science, Marketing, or related field.
