Job Title: Senior Manager – Corporate Relations
Location: Greater Kailash, Delhi.
Reporting To: Director-Corporate Relations
About Role
The Senior Manager – Corporate Relations will play a pivotal role in driving sustainable growth for the consulting firm by building high-value client relationships, shaping winning proposals, and expanding advisory engagements with measurable impact. The role combines strategic business development, client advisory client servicing, and leadership to position the firm as a trusted partner delivering outcomes—not just services.
Responsibilities include, but not limited to
- Growth Strategy & Market Expansion
- Design and execute business development strategies aligned with the firm’s consulting priorities and impact goals
- Identify and develop opportunities across sectors such as CSR advisory, Corporate Volunteering
- Build a robust medium- to long-term pipeline across priority accounts and geographies
- Client & Partner Engagement
- Cultivate senior-level relationships with clients, funders, corporates, foundations
- Act as a thought partner to clients, understanding complex challenges and co-creating value-driven solutions
- Lead strategic partnerships and alliances to expand the firm’s advisory footprint
- Manage the account with client servicing and scaling
- Proposal Leadership & Deal Closure
- Lead end-to-end proposal development including opportunity shaping, solution design, pricing, and negotiations
- Collaborate with consulting teams to craft compelling, insight-led proposals and pitches
- Thought Leadership & Market Positioning
- Contribute to the firm’s thought leadership agenda through insights, and sector briefs
Represent the firm at industry platforms, policy dialogues, and impact forums
- Track sector trends, policy shifts, and funding landscapes to inform growth strategy
- Internal Collaboration & Leadership
- Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to align growth efforts with delivery capabilities
- Mentor and guide junior consulting team members
- Strengthen internal BD processes, CRM discipline, and performance metrics
- Performance Management & Reporting
- Monitor pipeline health, win rates, revenue realization, and impact indicators
- Provide regular updates to leadership on growth progress, risks, and opportunities
Experience & Qualifications
- MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification preferred with 10–12 years of experience in consulting, advisory services, partnerships, or institutional business development
- Demonstrated success in building and closing complex consulting engagements
- Experience working with senior stakeholders across government, corporates, foundations, or development institutions
