- you possess a solid understanding of android SDK and java
- you’ve worked with android simulators
- you have experience with automated app testing tools such as Robielectric
- you have an app or two in the app store
- you have at least 2 year of developing in a UNIX enviroment – apart from android programming experience
Design and implement new functionality.
Enhance the core analytics engine to scale.
Provide expert support to the business as needed to promote the products you are responsible for.
Document functional and design specifications.
Design and develop automated tests and enhance test frameworks
Expertise in Java Development
Proficiency in PostgreSQL, Elastic Search, Flyway, Dropwizard, Swagger, Maven
Working knowledge of Docker, Mesos, Marathon.
Application server knowledge: Tomcat
Javascript is a plus
CentOS/Windows experience.
A good understanding of software development best practices; debugging/troubleshooting skills.
