Mission of the Role
This role is responsible for promoting and selling our VOC services to the local exporters.
Key Responsibilities
Explore, identify, contact and prospect potential customers (by using all appropriate and necessary means). Create ad hoc database of customers.
Turn prospects into new customers by closing deals and achieve sales targets.
Manage and grow the sales of the existing clients by capturing additional products and/ or by extending our services to other VOC programs.
Daily use of CRM systems.
Provide weekly & monthly reporting on prospection and on Sales Activities.
Work closely with the coordinators and ensure proper follow up of his clients' orders.
Manage the relationships with his client's portfolio (i.e. by coordinating clients' specific requests)
Handle customer issues and after sales issues.
Work closely and proactively with the VOC Marketing Manager in accordance with the general marketing strategy.
Provide the local marketing plans to the VOC marketing manager.
Qualifications, Experience and Technical Skills
High school degree or equivalent, in International Trade.
Minimum 2-3 years B2B successful sales experience.
Proven experience or direct knowledge of consumer goods industries (exporters, wholesalers, distributors, decision makers)
Conformity assessment knowledge and/ or experiencing a strong plus.
