- Stock Control & Accuracy: Maintain accurate, real-time records of all inventory, performing regular cycle counts and full physical audits to reconcile discrepancies.
- Replenishment & Forecasting: Analyze sales data and supply trends to determine reorder points and avoid stockouts or overstock scenarios.
- Warehouse Operations: Oversee the receiving, storage, and dispatch processes to ensure proper labeling, organization, and FIFO/FEFO principles.
- Supplier Liaison: Communicate with suppliers regarding orders, deliveries, returns, and damages.
- System Utilization: Operate inventory management software (WMS) and barcode/RFID scanners to track inventory movement.
- Reporting: Create reports for management on stock levels, turnover rates, and inventory loss.
