1. Recruitment & Manpower Management
- Coordinate hiring for workers, operators, supervisors, and staff.
- Conduct interviews and joining formalities.
- Coordinate with manpower contractors and consultants.
- Maintain manpower planning and vacancy tracking.
- Arrange induction and onboarding for new employees.
2. Attendance & Payroll Support
- Maintain daily attendance and shift records.
- Verify overtime, leave, and absenteeism reports.
- Coordinate with payroll team for salary processing.
- Ensure proper maintenance of biometric attendance systems.
- Prepare monthly attendance and manpower MIS reports.
3. Employee Relations & Welfare
- Handle employee grievances and workplace issues.
- Maintain healthy industrial relations in the factory.
- Coordinate employee engagement activities and welfare programs.
- Support disciplinary actions and counseling when required.
- Ensure smooth communication between management and workers.
4. Statutory Compliance Coordination
- Maintain employee records and statutory documentation.
- Coordinate compliance related to:
- PF
- ESIC
- Bonus
- Labour Welfare
- Factory Act requirements
- Contract Labour compliance
- Assist during labour inspections and audits.
- Ensure contractor compliance documentation is updated.
5. Training & Development
- Coordinate safety and skill development training programs.
- Maintain training records and attendance.
- Support implementation of SOP and compliance training.
- Assist in performance evaluation processes.
6. Administrative Support
- Maintain employee files and HR documentation.
- Issue ID cards, appointment letters, warning letters, and other HR letters.
- Coordinate housekeeping, canteen, transport, and security-related activities if assigned.
- Maintain HR registers and reports.
7. Discipline & Shop Floor Coordination
- Monitor discipline and attendance on the shop floor.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and factory rules.
- Coordinate with production and maintenance departments for manpower availability.
- Support shift management and workforce deployment.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
