Job Summary
SLBS Marklance is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Executive to join our recruitment team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates across various roles. This role requires strong communication skills, the ability to identify quality talent, and experience using job portals and recruitment platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and databases
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates based on job requirements
- Conduct initial HR screening calls and assess candidate suitability
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers
- Post job openings on Indeed and other recruitment platforms
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
- Ensure a positive candidate experience during recruitment
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- 1 year of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
- Strong sourcing and screening skills
- Familiarity with job portals like Indeed, Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and recruitment tools
Preferred Skills
- Experience in bulk hiring or IT/non-IT recruitment
- Strong networking and candidate engagement skills
- Ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
