- Doorstep Banking

- Other Digital Financial Services
Position Details
Role: Regional Business Head
Location: Srinagar (Handling J&K)
Reporting To: Vice Chairman
Compensation: (Negotiable based on experience)
Preferred Profile
- Retired Banking Professionals.
- Strong experience in Banking Operations, Business Development, Financial Inclusion, Rural Banking or Branch Operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Expand and manage Business Correspondent (BC) operations.
- Build and lead regional teams.
- Liaise with Banks and Financial Institutions.
- Drive BD t and regional expansion.
- Ensure operational excellence, compliance, audit, and fraud prevention.
