Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and technically skilled Network Support Engineer to manage, monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain network infrastructure. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with networking fundamentals, LAN/WAN technologies, routers, switches, firewalls, and network troubleshooting.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless networks.
- Troubleshoot network connectivity, performance, and security issues.
- Configure and support LAN, WAN, VPN, and Wi-Fi environments.
- Provide technical support for network-related incidents and service requests.
- Perform network health checks and preventive maintenance activities.
- Coordinate with vendors and ISPs for issue resolution.
- Monitor network availability, bandwidth utilization, and system performance.
- Document network configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps.
- Ensure adherence to network security policies and best practices.
- Support server, cloud, and infrastructure teams for network-related requirements.
