Key Responsibilities:
✅ Partner with Cluster & Restaurant Operations Teams on all HR matters
Drive recruitment, onboarding, and manpower planning
Lead employee engagement and retention initiatives
Handle employee relations, grievance resolution, and disciplinary processes
Monitor statutory compliance and HR policies
Support performance management and talent development
Maintain HRMIS, documentation, and HR reports
Ensure smooth HR operations across multiple restaurant locations
Preferred Skills:
Strong business partnering and stakeholder management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Sound knowledge of labor laws and HR compliance
Willingness to travel across the assigned cluster
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
