- Conduct property site visits and presentations to prospective clients
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable property options
- Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into sales
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers
- Maintain daily reports, sales updates, and CRM records
- Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets
- Coordinate with the marketing and operations teams for smooth execution
