Blisss Red Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an enthusiastic, target-oriented, and result-driven HR Recruiter to join our growing team in Kharadi, Pune.
Position: HR Recruiter
Location: Kharadi, Pune, Maharashtra
Work Mode: Work from Office | In-person
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Working Days: Tuesday to Sunday
Weekly Off: Monday
Experience: 6 Months – 1 Year in Recruitment / HR
Qualification: MBA/PGDM – HR preferred
Salary: Depending upon experience and interview performance
Job Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for various positions.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, references, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Conduct initial telephonic interviews and coordinate interview rounds.
- Schedule interviews and maintain regular candidate follow-ups.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and hiring reports.
- Coordinate with hiring managers regarding recruitment requirements.
- Follow up with selected candidates until joining and support the onboarding process.
- Achieve recruitment targets within defined timelines.

- Ability to manage multiple recruitment requirements simultaneously.
