HR Generalist – One Diagnostics
Location: Kolkata
Experience: 2–3 Years
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹32,000/month (Based on Experience)

Job Responsibilities:
- End-to-end recruitment and onboarding
- Conduct interviews and coordinate the hiring process
- Employee engagement and grievance handling
- Attendance and leave management through HRMS
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation
- Issue offer letters, appointment letters, warning letters, and other HR documents
- Handle performance management and probation reviews
- Coordinate training and employee induction
- Ensure compliance with company HR policies
- Support employee retention and workplace discipline
Requirements:
- Graduate/MBA in HR preferred
- 2–3 years of HR Generalist experience
- Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Bengali
- Knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and HRMS
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
- Ability to handle multiple HR functions independently
