Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Welder with 2–4 years of hands-on experience in TIG welding and metal fabrication. The role involves working on stainless steel components used in manufacturing or dairy processing equipment, ensuring high precision and quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform TIG welding on stainless steel and mild steel parts
- Read and follow technical drawings and fabrication layouts
- Assemble and weld components used in machinery or dairy equipment
- Ensure welds are clean, accurate, and meet quality standards
- Carry out basic quality checks and make corrections as needed
- Maintain welding tools, equipment, and cleanliness of the work area
- Follow all safety protocols and quality guidelines during work
- Support the fabrication team to meet daily production targets
Requirements:
- 2–4 years of experience in TIG welding and fabrication
- Familiarity with stainless steel welding and food-grade finishes
- Ability to read and understand basic technical drawings
- ITI or Diploma in Welding/Fabrication preferred
- Experience in manufacturing or equipment fabrication is an advantage
