Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented E-Commerce Manager to manage and grow our online business across the company website and leading marketplaces. The candidate will be responsible for driving online sales, managing marketplace operations, optimizing product listings, monitoring performance, and implementing strategies to achieve business targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations of the company website and e-commerce marketplaces.
- Develop and execute strategies to achieve online sales and revenue targets.
- Manage platforms such as Shopify, Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Ajio, and other relevant marketplaces.
- Manage product listings, pricing, promotions, inventory, and product visibility.
- Ensure accurate and timely product uploads, descriptions, images, and content.
- Monitor sales, conversion rates, traffic, inventory, returns, and cancellations.
- Coordinate with marketing teams for online campaigns, promotions, and offers.
- Analyze sales data and prepare regular MIS and performance reports.
- Coordinate with warehouse, finance, customer support, and marketing teams for smooth operations.
- Manage relationships with marketplace partners and account managers.
- Monitor competitors, market trends, and new opportunities for business growth.
- Ensure excellent customer experience and timely resolution of e-commerce-related issues.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of e-commerce and marketplace operations.
- Experience with Shopify and major online marketplaces.
- Good knowledge of Excel, MIS reporting, and data analysis.
- Understanding of digital marketing, SEO, and online sales.
- Strong communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Target-oriented and capable of managing multiple tasks.
Qualification & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in E-Commerce, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 4–8 years of relevant experience in e-commerce or marketplace management.
- Experience in the Fashion/Apparel industry will be an added advantage.
