- Prior experience in EV is an advantage.
- Attend to walk-in customers and respond to sales enquiries.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable vehicles.
- Explain vehicle features, specifications, pricing, finance and offers.
- Conduct test rides/test drives and product demonstrations.
- Generate leads through showroom visits, calls, referrals and follow-ups.
- Maintain regular follow-up with prospective customers and convert leads into sales.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to dealership revenue.
- Coordinate with finance, insurance, registration and service teams for smooth delivery.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM/MIS regularly.
- Build strong relationships with customers and ensure a positive buying experience.
