Job Summary
The Radha Krishan Co-Operative Labour & Construction Society Ltd. is engaged in executing government projects and providing manpower and operational services across multiple sectors. We are looking for an HR professional who can support our growing recruitment needs by identifying and hiring the right talent for various business functions.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for various positions as per the company's hiring requirements.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes, conduct telephonic interviews, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Prepare and issue Offer Letters, Appointment Letters, Experience Letters, Relieving Letters, and other HR documents.
- Maintain employee records and ensure proper HR documentation.
- Manage employee attendance and leave records through HRMS.
- Generate and maintain HR MIS reports and recruitment trackers.
- Work on HR software such as greytHR, Keka, or similar HRMS platforms.
- Coordinate employee onboarding and joining formalities.
- Update employee information in the HRMS and maintain data accuracy.
- Coordinate with department heads regarding manpower requirements and recruitment status.
- Ensure timely closure of open positions and maintain a healthy candidate pipeline.
- Support day-to-day HR and administrative activities as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in Recruitment and HR Operations.
- Hands-on experience with HRMS software such as greytHR, Keka, or similar platforms.
- Experience in maintaining HR MIS reports and employee databases.
- Good knowledge of recruitment portals like Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, and other sourcing platforms.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple positions and HR activities simultaneously.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
