JOB DESCRIPTION:
Graphic Design & Creative Content
- Design digital and print creatives including social media posts, banners, emailers, brochures, flyers, and exhibition materials
- Develop visual assets for campaigns, product launches, and promotional activities
- Maintain brand consistency across all creative outputs — digital and offline
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand brief requirements and deliver on-brand designs
- Create basic motion graphics or short video edits for social media and digital campaigns (preferred)
Website Management
- Update and manage website content, images, banners, and landing pages via CMS (WordPress or similar)
- Ensure the website is current, visually consistent, and optimised for user experience
- Coordinate with developers for technical updates, new page creation, and performance fixes
- Monitor basic website metrics (traffic, bounce rate, page performance) via Google Analytics
Social Media Management
- Plan and execute monthly content calendars across Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and other relevant platforms
- Create and schedule posts, reels, stories, and carousels aligned with ongoing campaigns
- Manage community engagement — respond to comments, messages, and mentions
- Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, follower growth) and report insights monthly
Campaign Execution
- Support the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns — paid and organic
- Assist in managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns or coordinate with agency partners
- Execute email marketing campaigns: design, copy, scheduling, and performance tracking
- Monitor campaign results and support optimisation efforts based on data
Exhibitions & Events
- Coordinate design and production of all exhibition materials — standees, backdrops, brochures, giveaways, and digital displays
- Liaise with vendors and printers for timely production of event collateral
- Support on-ground execution at trade shows, industry exhibitions, and corporate events
- Manage pre-event and post-event digital communication and social media coverage
Coordination & Reporting
- Maintain a tracker for all ongoing creative and campaign projects with timelines and status updates
- Prepare monthly reports on social media performance, campaign metrics, and website activity
- Coordinate with external agencies, freelancers, and vendors as required.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
