Job Description
We are looking for passionate and skilled Bakery Professionals to join our growing team. We are hiring for the following positions:
- Commis 3
- Commis 2
- Commis 1
- Chef de Partie (CDP)
- Head Chef

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare breads, pastries, cakes, and other bakery products as per recipes and quality standards.
- Maintain consistency in taste, presentation, and portion control.
- Ensure hygiene and food safety standards are followed.
- Monitor inventory and minimize wastage.
- Operate and maintain bakery equipment safely.
- Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to meet production schedules.
Requirements
- Relevant experience in a bakery, hotel, café, or restaurant.
- Knowledge of bakery production, baking techniques, and food safety.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
- Relevant culinary qualification is preferred.
Experience
- Commis 3: 0–1 year
- Commis 2: 1–2 years
- Commis 1: 3–4 years
- CDP: 5–7 years
- Head Chef: 7+ years with team leadership experience
Salary will be offered based on experience and interview performance.
