We are looking for an Accounts & HR Manager to handle core accounts and HR activities for a 24/7 airport parking operation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day accounting and cash handling.
- Reconcile daily parking revenue, cash and digital payments.
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly MIS reports.
- Handle GST, TDS, EPF, ESI and Professional Tax compliance.
- Manage payroll, attendance, shifts, leave and absenteeism.
- Handle HR documentation and employee records.
- Manage ground-level and operational staff.
- Coordinate with auditors, vendors and management.
Requirements:
- B.Com/M.Com preferred.
- Good knowledge of Accounts, GST, TDS, EPF, ESI and PT.
- Experience in payroll and HR documentation.
- Experience handling ground-level staff and 24/7 operations.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and accounting software.
- Experience in parking, airport operations or facility management will be an advantage.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
