Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day accounting entries and bookkeeping activities
- Process vendor payments, reimbursements, and banking transactions
- Prepare and maintain invoices, purchase records, and financial documentation
- Handle GST, TDS, PF, ESIC, Professional Tax, and other statutory compliance requirements
- Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities
- Reconcile bank statements, vendor ledgers, and customer accounts
- Coordinate payroll inputs and maintain employee salary records
- Ensure timely filing of returns and compliance-related documentation
- Maintain accurate records for audits and internal reporting
- Support management with MIS reports and financial analysis
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting
- Good knowledge of Tally, Excel, and accounting software
- Understanding of GST, TDS, payroll, and statutory compliance
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to handle confidential financial information responsibly
Preferred Skills
- Experience in CA Firm / Internship preferred
- Strong communication and coordination abilities
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Good knowledge of Google Sheets & Advance Excel
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
