Roles and Responsibilities :
1. Knowledge of SQL and database concepts.
2. Basic understanding of networking principles.
3. Previous internship or academic projects related to application support or software development.
4. Provide first-level support to end-users, addressing inquiries and resolving technical issues related to the company's applications.
5. Troubleshoot software problems and collaborate with other teams to identify and implement solutions.
Pay: ₹144,000.00 - ₹250,000.00 per year
