Job Summary
We are looking for a professional, organized, and customer-focused Receptionist & Administrative Executive to manage front-office operations, student inquiries, admissions support, and administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist students, parents, and visitors.
- Handle phone calls, emails, WhatsApp messages, and walk-in inquiries.
- Provide information regarding courses, admissions, and fees.
- Maintain student records and office documentation.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate with faculty and management.
- Support daily administrative and operational activities.
