We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Digital Marketing Executive to lead and manage digital marketing activities. The ideal candidate should possess strong managerial abilities, excellent problem-solving skills, and a thorough understanding of digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
- Manage and oversee SEO, SEM, Google Ads, social media marketing, email marketing, and content marketing activities.
- Develop strategies to increase website traffic, brand visibility, and customer engagement.
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports using analytics tools.
- Lead and coordinate with the marketing team to ensure timely execution of projects.
- Identify market trends and implement innovative marketing strategies.
- Manage social media platforms and online reputation.
- Collaborate with designers, content creators, and other departments to achieve marketing objectives.
- Analyze competitors and recommend improvements.
- Solve marketing challenges proactively and make data-driven decisions.
- Ensure achievement of monthly lead generation and branding targets.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in digital marketing.
- Strong knowledge of SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, social media marketing, and analytics tools.
- Experience in managing and guiding teams.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of graphic design tools and content management systems will be an added advantage.

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹35,000 per month (Based on experience and performance)
