Qualification & Eligibility:
- B.Sc Nursing / GNM Nursing from a recognized institution.
- Valid Kerala Nursing Council (KNC) Registration – Mandatory.
- Valid nursing certifications/licenses required.
- 0-2 years experience required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide quality nursing care and monitor patient condition.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Assist doctors during procedures and emergencies.
- Maintain patient records and nursing documentation.
- Follow infection control, safety, and hospital protocols.
- Perform duties as per assigned department.
Job Description for Senior Staff Nurse
Nursing Department: IP Floor / ED / ICU / MICU / OT / Other Clinical Areas
Qualification & Eligibility:
- B.Sc Nursing / GNM Nursing from a recognized institution.
- Valid Kerala Nursing Council (KNC) Registration – Mandatory.
- Valid nursing certifications/licenses required.
- 3–5 years relevant experience preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver and supervise nursing care in assigned department.
- Monitor patient care, documentation, and clinical standards.
- Support, guide, and coordinate junior nursing staff.
- Ensure compliance with infection control and hospital protocols.
Assist in emergencies, staff coordination, and departmental operations.
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
