We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Senior Sales Executive to lead our business development efforts. In this role, you will be the face of Eduscope, building strategic partnerships with educational institutions and helping them implement cutting-edge lab solutions aligned with the National Education Policy (NEP) 2020.
Key Responsibilities
· Sales & Strategic Growth: Identify and tap into new market opportunities within schools, colleges, and universities for bulk institutional orders.
· Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong long-term relationships with School Principals, Administrators, Trust Members, and HODs.
· Consultative Selling: Understand institutional curriculum needs and recommend tailored STEM, Robotics, and Scientific Lab solutions.
· End-to-End Deal Management: Lead the complete sales cycle—from lead generation and product demonstrations to preparing quotations, price negotiation, and closing.
Candidate Profile
· Experience: 2+ years of experience in direct sales, preferably in the Education, EdTech, or Scientific Equipment sector.
· Education: Bachelor’s degree in any field (Science or Engineering background is a plus).
· Skills: Exceptional communication and negotiation skills in English and Hindi.
· Attributes: A proactive 'go-getter' attitude with a passion for educational innovation.
· Technical Familiarity: Basic understanding of laboratory equipment or STEM concepts is preferred.
