Job Description
We are seeking a Lean Six Sigma Executive to support process improvement initiatives, enhance operational efficiency, and drive continuous improvement projects across the organization. The ideal candidate should have a strong analytical mindset and an interest in quality management and process optimization.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in implementing Lean Six Sigma methodologies and best practices.
- Analyze business processes to identify improvement opportunities.
- Collect, interpret, and report operational data to support decision-making.
- Participate in process improvement and quality enhancement projects.
- Prepare process maps, SOPs, and project documentation.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and recommend corrective actions.
- Support root cause analysis and problem-solving activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve productivity and efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and continuous improvement objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Management, Operations, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma concepts and quality management principles.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
- Freshers with Lean Six Sigma certification and experienced candidates are encouraged to apply.
