About the Role
UK International London Beauty School is seeking a highly skilled and passionate Generative AI Trainer & Faculty to deliver industry-relevant training on Artificial Intelligence, Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), Prompt Engineering, and AI-powered business applications.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for training students and professionals through practical, hands-on learning experiences while helping them understand how AI can be leveraged to enhance productivity, creativity, automation, and decision-making across industries.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive classroom and online training sessions on Generative AI technologies and tools.
- Train students on Large Language Models (LLMs), Prompt Engineering, AI workflows, and real-world AI applications.
- Deliver practical training on AI-powered tools for content creation, image generation, video production, research, automation, and productivity enhancement.
- Develop, update, and maintain training curriculum, course materials, assignments, assessments, and project-based learning modules.
- Conduct workshops, demonstrations, and hands-on sessions to ensure effective learning outcomes.
- Mentor students and professionals on integrating AI solutions into business, marketing, content creation, education, and operational workflows.
- Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback to support continuous improvement.
- Stay updated with emerging AI technologies, industry trends, and best practices to ensure training content remains current and relevant.
- Support the institution in designing new AI-focused learning programs and certifications.
Required Skills & Expertise
- Strong understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Generative AI, and Machine Learning concepts.
- Hands-on experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and Prompt Engineering.
- Working knowledge of LangChain, LangGraph, AI Agents, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and AI automation workflows.
- Experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Midjourney, Leonardo AI, Canva AI, Gamma, Runway, HeyGen, Synthesia, ElevenLabs, and similar platforms.
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts in a simple and engaging manner.
- Excellent presentation, communication, mentoring, and classroom management skills.
- Strong curriculum development and instructional design capabilities.
Qualifications
- Graduation is mandatory (any discipline).
- Certification in Artificial Intelligence, Generative AI, Machine Learning, Data Science, or related technologies will be an added advantage.
- Prior experience in training, teaching, mentoring, corporate learning, or educational programs is preferred.
