We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Staff Nurse to join our healthcare team in Chandigarh. Fresh graduates with B.Sc. Nursing or GNM qualifications are encouraged to apply. The candidate will provide quality patient care, assist doctors during treatment, and ensure adherence to hospital protocols.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care to patients as per prescribed treatment plans.
- Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes to the medical team.
- Administer medications and injections as prescribed by doctors.
- Assist physicians during examinations and medical procedures.
- Maintain accurate patient records and nursing documentation.
- Educate patients and their families about treatment plans and post-discharge care.
- Ensure proper infection control and maintain hygiene standards.
- Respond promptly to medical emergencies and patient needs.
- Coordinate with doctors and other healthcare professionals to ensure quality patient care.
- Follow hospital policies, safety guidelines, and ethical nursing practices.
