Own the Quality Narrative

Partner with Product Managers from ideation to launch to define "what good looks like."

Spin up and maintain smart test suites in tools like Testsigma, AccelQ, or whatever shiny AI QA gizmo lands next week.

Coach the team on where AI can slash boring regression cycles and where human intuition still rules.

Automate Like a Dev

Write lightweight scripts (Python preferred, but JS/Java rock too) to hit APIs, mock data, and generate load.

Keep CI/CD green—if the pipeline breaks, you're already on it before Slack explodes.

Exploratory Sherlocking

Put on the traveler hat and roam the product to find those "only-on-production-with-real-data" gremlins.
