Position Overview:
The Operations Executive supports the optimization of business processes and operational performance across the organization. This role involves analyzing data, identifying trends, and developing actionable insights to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance productivity. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, and skilled in using data to drive decision-making
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Collect, analyze, and interpret operational data to identify performance gaps and improvement opportunities.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and KPIs to monitor business performance.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams ( sales, customer service, etc.) to streamline processes and implement best practices.
- Conduct root cause analyses to identify issues and recommend process or system improvements.
- Assist in developing and implementing operational strategies and policies.
- Monitor workflow efficiency and support automation or digital transformation initiatives.
- Prepare presentations and reports for management summarizing findings and recommendations.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management
- 6 months of experience in operations, business analysis.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in Excel
- Ability to work effectively in a team.
- Excellent communication and problem solving skills.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
