About the Role
Flowmode Fitness is looking for an enthusiastic and presentable Sales Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to interact confidently with prospective and existing gym members.
Freshers who are passionate about sales, fitness, and customer interaction are welcome to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inquiries from prospective gym members and convert leads into memberships.
- Explain gym memberships, packages, facilities, and offers to potential customers.
- Conduct follow-ups with leads through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective members.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and sales activities.
- Update daily sales and lead information in Microsoft Excel.
- Coordinate with the fitness and front-desk teams to ensure a smooth member experience.
- Assist in promotional activities and membership campaigns.
- Provide excellent customer service and address basic customer queries professionally.

- Confident and comfortable interacting with customers.
- Presentable personality with a professional attitude.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Positive, energetic, and target-oriented approach.
- Good interpersonal and convincing skills.
- Candidates with prior experience in sales, gym/fitness, hospitality, retail, or customer service will be an added advantage.
