Specialist Manager, Data Management

Work you'll do
As a Specialist Manager, Data Management on the U.S. India, Growth & Purpose team, you will be responsible for:

Supporting alumni strengthening initiatives aligned to the alumni engagement and development strategy

Leading stakeholder and cross-functional discussions to identify needs and guide insight-driven work

Serving as a subject matter expert on CRM and alumni databases, including automation and process enhancements

Partnering with leaders to define campaign objectives, key performance indicators, and campaign plans across events, webinars, newsletters, and thought leadership

Driving data management, reporting improvement, campaign analysis, and alumni lifecycle insights for U.S. leadership and internal clients
The team
U.S. India, Growth & Purpose drive the marketing programs, initiatives, and priority client-facing programs in the U.S. regions. India G&P is focused on quality and operational excellence and supports marketing processes, services, and deliverables in the United States. Mission of G&P is to support, augment, and complement marketing efforts of Deloitte through the development of marketing and business development materials and services.
Location: Hyderabad
Shift Timings: 2 PM to 11 PM
Qualifications
Required:
-
Master of Business Administration (MBA) or equivalent degree

11+ years of professional experience in campaign management, data management and reporting, or customer relationship management (CRM) databases

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Access

Experience leading stakeholder discussions and cross-functional projects

Experience implementing CRM process improvements, automation, or data pipelines
Preferred:
-
Experience with Microsoft SQL, Visual Basic for Applications (VBA), Salesforce, and/or Salesforce Marketing Cloud

Experience in alumni relations programs or alumni database management
-
Experience coordinating or leading multi-channel marketing campaigns
-
Experience managing or mentoring team members
