We are looking for enthusiastic and result-driven Telecallers to connect with clients across multiple industries including Instrumentation Products, Educational Institutions (Schools & Colleges), and Training Institutes (Tally, IT Courses, etc.). The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, explaining services/products, and converting prospects into customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential clients (B2B & B2C)
- Handle inbound inquiries and convert them into leads
- Promote:
- Instrumentation products & solutions
- Training programs (Tally, IT courses, etc.)
- Educational services for schools & colleges
- Explain product/service features clearly and professionally
- Fix appointments for sales team / site visits / demos
- Maintain and update customer database (CRM / Excel)
- Follow up with leads regularly to ensure conversions
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and conversion targets
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Requirements:
- Any degree (Diploma / UG / PG)
- Freshers or experienced candidates can apply
- Good communication skills in Tamil & English (Hindi is a plus)
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools)
- Strong convincing and negotiation skills
- Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in telecalling / telesales / customer support
- Knowledge of:
- Instrumentation / technical products (basic understanding is enough)
- Educational courses like Tally, IT training, etc.
- Ability to work with targets and deadlines
