We are hiring a Front Office Executive to manage reception, attendance monitoring, data entry, courier tracking, and sales quotation support.
Responsibilities:
Handle reception and visitor management.
Monitor employee attendance records.
Perform data entry and maintain office records.
Manage incoming and outgoing courier records.
Support the sales team in preparing quotations.
Handle phone calls and administrative tasks.
Requirements:
Graduate/Diploma.
Basic MS Office knowledge.
Good communication and organizational skills.
Experience in front office/admin roles preferred.
Pay: From ₹14,000.00 per month
