Key Responsibilities
Social Media & Digital Creatives
· Design high-quality creatives for: Instagram posts, reels covers, and stories; Facebook posts and ad creatives; LinkedIn posts and banners; YouTube thumbnails and channel assets; Google Display Ads; Website banners and landing pages
· Ensure all designs align with the brand identity and communication guidelines.
Marketing & Brand Design
· Design creatives for: Performance marketing campaigns; Awareness campaigns; Patient education content; Corporate branding; Brochures, flyers, standees, and print collateral
· Create visually appealing infographics that simplify medical and healthcare concepts.
Creative Strategy & Innovation
· Collaborate with content strategists, video editors, and marketing teams to conceptualize campaigns.
· Contribute innovative ideas for social media campaigns, advertisements, and branding initiatives.
· Research design trends, platform updates, and competitor creatives to continuously improve content quality.
· Suggest improvements to enhance visual storytelling and engagement.
Brand Consistency
· Maintain consistency in colors, typography, layouts, and overall brand identity across all touchpoints.
· Build and manage design templates for efficient content production.
· Ensure all designs meet platform-specific specifications and best practices.
Requirements
· 2 years of professional graphic design experience.
· Strong portfolio showcasing social media, branding, and digital marketing creatives.
· Excellent understanding of visual hierarchy, typography, color theory, composition, and branding.
· Ability to create designs that balance aesthetics with marketing objectives.
· Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Technical Skills
· Proficiency in: Adobe Photoshop; Adobe Illustrator; Adobe InDesign (preferred); Adobe Express (preferred); Canva (Professional level)
· Knowledge of basic motion graphics and video editing is an added advantage.
Preferred Skills
· Experience designing for the healthcare, wellness, pharmaceutical, or medical industry is highly preferred.
· Understanding of social media marketing and performance advertising creatives.
· Ability to interpret content briefs and convert them into high-performing visual concepts.
· Familiarity with AI-powered creative tools for design ideation and workflow optimization.
· Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
