We are looking for an enthusiastic Telecaller to support our sales and service teams by handling customer interactions over phone. The candidate will be responsible for lead generation, follow-ups, and maintaining strong customer relationships in the automobile sector.
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers - Handle inbound inquiries and provide product/service information - Generate leads and schedule appointments for sales/service teams - Follow up with customers for feedback and service reminders - Maintain and update customer databases - Coordinate with sales and service teams for closures - Handle customer complaints and escalate when necessary - Achieve daily/weekly calling and lead generation target
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
